When it comes to the economy at stake, let`s start with revenues and various aspects like commanders, trade and diplomacy. After all, warlord Zhong Rong specializes in trade and economics, and he has skills that directly increase your trade influence, increase your population growth and much more. In simple terms, the more commercial influence you have, the more benefits you can get if you trade deals. There is a direct effect, which means that the higher your influence, the more money you get from deals. The last diplomatic option, just as important, is trade. Trade is divided into several parts. You can send or receive a certain amount of gold from another fraction as a one-time or long-term payment. This is similar to food – you can send a certain amount of food to another fraction during X number of rounds, or get it from another fraction. The third option is to exchange items – weapons, armor, mounts, supports or accessories – in exchange for the influence, gold or oppression of other diplomatic options.
The fourth separate edition is the exchange. They exchange a good one (cereals, rice, iron, jade, silk, etc.) to get another one from the other fraction – this will result in a large increase in gold per train. It is also the most limited option – the number of trade offers depends on the evolution of the faction (level, buildings built, as well as the positions assigned to the court). You can only exchange goods with fractions that you can access directly (their border is next to yours, or if you are able to reach them through the territory of an ally). In Total War: Three Kingdoms, diplomacy took the form of negotiations – after selecting one of the options described above, the player receives information about the potential “costs” of this action. It is presented as a negative value – “-5,” “-10” or “-50.” If you want to take a particular action, you have to give something – offer compensation, act on food, etc. – which, in turn, will give positive value to the negotiations. To complete the action, it is necessary to reach a value of at least zero (the difference between the player`s and the other group`s proposals).
